Low Calorie Asian Soup Recipe | Quick and Tasty Low Calorie Soup For One
Soups are great for the diet if you are looking for low calorie meal that would satisfy your hunger.
There are many ways how you can make delicious soup in the diet. Today I will show one of the ways. I call it "Asian style low calorie soup" which is inspired by Pho soup.
Pho is staple meal of Asian cuisine which begins with deep rich stock infused with other delicious flavors. This soup is then poured over thinly sliced veggies and noodles.
My low calorie version of this soup uses ginger, garlic and soy sauce to deepen flavor profile of beef stock. And for vegetables I have decided to use white radish, zucchini and spring onions.
Soup goes well with any protein I have used egg but you can use thinly sliced beef/chicken/duck instead.
Low calorie soups are great as last meal of the day if you have already ate enough of your macros.
But you can easily make full meal from this soup. Just use rice noodles, add coconut oil and add more proteins. And nutritionally balanced delicious soup is here for you.
